“Growing Together” is a collective artwork that holds a special place in Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare history. Commemorating the 2017 Sprout Community Conference, this massive 60 inch x 60 inch painting was created by attendees as a symbol of community members’ shared identity as consumers of behavioral health services. Through the Region 6 Community Development Project, people who self-identify as behavioral health consumers are invited to contribute their personal strengths and experiences in order to produce a community with its own unique character. Much like that community, our building’s new work of art serves as a reminder that beauty and meaning are often the products of collaborative work.
