Finding Your Best Self: Recovery from Addiction, Trauma, or Both

A Virtual Support Group

Finding Your Best Self is a support model developed by the creator of Seeking Safety, Lisa Najavits, PhD. The book includes 35 chapters of content to explore in order to learn ways to move forward from addiction and trauma. This is a peer facilitated group. There is no charge to attend and the book will be provided.

Skills taught in this model include:
*Building coping skills so that the future is better than the past. *Keeping yourself safe and finding support. *Setting your own goals and making a plan to achieve them at your own pace. *Choosing compassion over self-blame and shame. *Moving toward your best self--the person you want to be.
