Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare will be hosting a Bidder’s Conference on August 28, 2023

Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare will be hosting a Bidder’s Conference on August 28, 2023, at 10am, located at the Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare office: 4715 S 132nd Street, Omaha, NE 68137. This conference is being held in advance of the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified, interested providers to develop and operate a Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center in Sarpy County. The program, Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center, that Region 6 wants to develop through this RFP process, would provide supportive services to individuals who are seeking voluntary crisis services. The proposed program is intended to divert consumers in a crisis from unnecessary hospitalization and incarceration, while providing an opportunity to receive services in a safe, trauma-informed, and least restrictive setting, with the goals for the consumer to be able to stabilize, connect to resources, and safely return to the community. The Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center will provide four services: 1) Crisis Response, 2) Crisis Stabilization, 3) Mental Health Respite, and 4) Emergency Community Support.

Please note that attendance at the Bidder’s Conference is mandatory for all providers if they plan to submit an RFP proposal, as well as to be considered in the RFP selection process. The RFP guidelines and all supporting documentation will be provided via email to all participants following completion of the Bidder’s Conference.
