BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare works to develop Nebraska’s public behavioral health systems for Cass, Dodge, Douglas, Sarpy and Washington counties by contracting with a network of community providers. The system offers a wide array of services for persons of all ages experiencing a behavioral health challenge while focusing on the support of wellness, recovery, resiliency and quality of life.

INITIATIVES
- Complex Case Consultation: Provide venue for complex case consultation.
- Environmental Scan: Survey existing services/resources and conduct a gap analysis of additional needed services.
- Workforce Development: Provide education to improve the knowledge and skills of those working with older adults.
- Legislative Policy & Action: Monitor and advocate for older adult mental health public policy.
