Outpatient
The treatment of psychiatric disorders through scheduled therapeutic visits between the therapist and the individual. Group and/or family therapy may also be available.

Medication Management
A qualified prescriber will evaluate an individual’s need for psychotropic medications, prescribe, and provide ongoing medical monitoring of those medications.
COORDINATED SPECIALTY CARE
Comprehensive and coordinated behavioral health services including psychotherapy, medication management, family support, and education, care coordination and supported employment and education services are provided by a team of professionals for those ages 14-35 who have recently begun to experience psychosis.
Professional Partners
The Professional Partner Program provides voluntary, family-centered case management services based on the wraparound model for severely emotionally disturbed children, young adults, and their families. The program is designed to help families achieve stability, improve functioning, and community integration.
Young People’s Peer Group
A consumer-focused service for young adults 16-25 that supports dignity, self-advocacy, and empowerment and provides some assistance in crisis/relapse prevention through the encouragement of continuing recovery goals and action planning.
SUBSTANCE USE ASSESSMENTs
An evaluation designed to establish the presence or absence of a diagnosable substance use disorder, an assessment of the risk of danger to self and/or others, and recommendations for the appropriate service level with referrals to appropriate service providers.
Mental Health Assessments
A Mental Health Assessment is a comprehensive biopsychosocial, strengths-based assessment that involves the process of gathering information to assess functioning, determine if the symptoms meet the diagnostic criteria for a mental health or co-occurring disorder, and identify treatment needs.

Crisis Response
Crisis Response uses natural supports and resources to resolve an immediate mental health or substance use crisis in the least restrictive environment by creating a plan with the individual to resolve the crisis. Crisis response is typically activated with law enforcement to engage with the consumer on scene with the goals of implementing a crisis intervention plan, ensuring safety, accessing the necessary level of care, and resolving the crisis in the community if possible.
